Silvana was AMAZING! In less than 10 minutes she was there to meet me and give me the keys. She gave me great suggestions, was always responsive and helpful. The place is 2min from Mercato Ballarò, 5 min from restaurants and other attractions, 7-8min from the train and bus stations. It’s very quiet, except for the neighbors upstairs who were a little noisy.
Some things need repairs - such as the shower that doesn’t work, so you have to use the attached douche that is a little low.

Struttura pulita con tutto l’occorrente il bagno un po’ piccola e la tavoletta del gabinetto era rotta quindi scomodo da usare non c’è il bidet ma un tubo molto scomodo da usare consiglio la proprietaria di trovare una soluzione, doccia decente ottima posizione nel cuore di Palermo per chi cerca di vivere un esperienza rustica è ideale per chi cerca tranquillità lo sconsiglio perché c’è abbastanza casino tutto il giorno fino a mezzanotte… la proprietaria è disponibile
Il bagno piccola è scomodo da usare senza bidet ma con tutto l’occorrente

Comodo e centrale per visitare Palermo a piedi. Staff gentilissimi e disponibili.
La zona in cui si trova l’appartamento è molto sporca e degradata. Non adatta ad una signora sola. La casa è essenziale, l’odore di muffa forte nonostante il deodorante per ambienti. Manca il bidet e nel complesso il bagno sarebbe da risistemare. Rapporto qualità prezzo da rivedere.
