About this house rental
Casa Anna is a newly renovated charming old stone villa, located on a large plot of olive groves and overlooking the Tuscan countryside.
The house consists of large living / dining room, TV room / bedroom, 3 large bedrooms and a smaller room, kitchen with dining area and 2 bathrooms. In addition to the terraces around the house there is a pergola with outdoor kitchen, fireplace, barbecue and a nice "infinity" pool.
The house is fully furnished with the usual kitchenware and bedding.
The house is 3 - 4 minutes drive from the small village of Castellina Marittima. In the village there are two restaurants and several bars. Around the square you will find butchers, bakeries, vegetable shops and two grocery stores where you can buy the most you need over the counter in the old fashioned fashion. Alternatively, it is only a few minutes drive down to Pomaia.
The distance to the sea with beautiful beaches is approx. 15 - 20 km. (20 - 30 minute drive).
Casa Anna is centrally located. Distance from Casa Anna:
- to the airport of Pisa (Galileo Galilei) is about 50 km / driving time by car is about 50 min.
- to the "seaside resort" Castigloncello is 18 km / driving time by car is approx. 25 min.
- Florence is about 100 km / driving time is less than 2 hours.
- to Rome is about 300 km / driving time is approx. 3.5 hours.
- to the wine district Bolgheri is 35 km / driving time is approx. 35 min.
- to Chianti is 90 km / driving time is approx. 1 hour 45 min.
- to Luca is 85 km / driving time is approx. 1 hour.
- to Siena is 100 km / driving time is approx. 1 hour and 50 minutes.
- Golf Club Castelfalfi is 45 km / driving time is about 55 min.

Very nice house in Tuscany in a very nice property in a quiet location, enough rooms, 2 barbecues, nice, big and deep pool with enough shade and outside kitchen, ping pong table and table soccer.But the pool was quite cold, not heated and no possibility to cover it. There are only 6 pool chairs. The wifi was not working, even though techniciens came over they did not manage to find the problem. There was no mosquito net in one sleeping room and no possibility to darken the room.The dishwasher and the washing machine were not clean an the over was really disgusting, probably never cleaned.

This house is such a hidden gem! We‘ve had amazing 6 days in this beautiful villa. The pool area and the outdoor kitchen next to it offers everything you can imagine (even an ice cube machine). The rooms were all equipped with an AC and the kitchen has a wide range of equipment as well. Especially, the terrace next to the entrance is the place to be for the sunsets.Overall, the pictures don‘t display the beauty of this villa. I can not recommend you enough to stay there and experience it by yourself!Thank you Sigge and Norbert for such a good time.

This house provided everything we needed for a perfect family vacation. The facilities were top-notch, and the location was ideal. We enjoyed every moment spent here, from the cozy interiors to the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing getaway.
