Everwood Estates

The venue was perfect, it was few hundred meters from the offroad motorcycle event held there and we did not need to trailer all out stuff up and down. We could leave everything there and ride across and start the ride. Perfect sleeping facilities for family of 5 in the one unit as well as in the other unit. Across from us was another unit which also looked like it had a big group of guys there. So ample units of different sizes. Each unit had sufficient cutlery and utensils to make poper meals or even just to braai. Based on the time of the year we were there end of winter, I can only imagine in Spring or Summer, it must be stunning and green.

Petty complaint and more of a heads up for future guests. Even though it was not expected from us, the firewood left to burn on these very cold evenings, was just not taking fire. Not sure if the wood was maybe wet or just not great fire wood, but we used an entire box of firelighters to get the unit warm and still it died soon after. Maybe in future advise guests that they should rather bring there own firewood or charge extra for proper wood.

Beautiful trees, farmlands and mountain views. Loved the indoor fireplace. Was decently equipped. Comfy bed. Love that it was pet friendly. Staff were friendly. Close to activities. We will be back for sure and will recommend to friends.

No dislikes. It was great and good value.

Television not working. Fridge not getting cold.

The view was amazing, the location peaceful, bed very comfortable.

The water had black specks in them, rusted pipes, maintenance on the place desperately needed, the back porch dangerous, kettle was burned black and dirty, pots dirty missing handle, stair railings loose, toilet struggling to flush
