It was self-catering. We appreciated the tea, coffee & milk that was provided at the cottage. We also appreciated the complimentary cookies that was left for each of us :)
There wasn't anything I did not like about the place.

Only minor obsevation, parking is a distance from unit. It rained when we left so got a bit wet.

The location was perfect, in a quiet road, for our visit to catch up with old friends who had retired to Howick. The cottage was spacious, well laid out and clearly planned and built with a lot of love and care. We noticed lots of details which are missing in so many accommodation establishments - like hooks in the bathroom, place to put toilet bags, an umbrella to use should it be raining etc etc. These small things make a huge difference to me!
No complaints at all.
