The host was excellent and very responsive in ensuring we got all the assistance we needed. We had a small challenge with the access code in the beginning but it was sorted quickly. I understand the security checks — you can tell they take safety seriously and don't just let anyone into the property, which I appreciated. The apartment itself, especially the room, was exceptional — very clean and had all the basic necessities you would need.
Nothing major at all. The building is next to a call centre so the area outside can be quite busy during the day, but it didn't cause any noise issues inside. Just something to be aware of if you prefer a very quiet street.
