Hôte très réactif pour nous héberger 3 heures avant d’arriver suite à un problème d’hébergement. Explications transmises très claires pour récupérer les clefs

It's just late overnight stay - overall OK.
First time in my quite long booking.com experience, during check out apartment was checked very precisely by owner - somehow don't think, that it's done for everyone, felt very strange ...
Moreover - has been very strange to see dining table covered by transparent plastic film, we did not use it, but it wouldn’t be comfortable to have dinner like that. Looks like - apartment is more for owners than guests.
As it was booked via mobile, didn't see that towels and bed linen have not been included in price (it was solved nicely, but anyway).
