🌿 The space: Located within a fenced area with private access, the 70-square-meter villa is on the ground floor and is bright, comfortable, and surrounded by a well-kept garden. It comprises:
Large outdoor veranda equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs, and a barbecue
Fully equipped kitchen
Living room/dining room with 2 comfortable sofa beds
2 Bedrooms
2 Full bathrooms with shower
Outdoor shower, perfect after a day at the beach
Guests also have access to a private parking space within the residence.

Free Wi-Fi, 2 air conditioners, mosquito nets, safe, barbecue, coffee machine, moka pot and filter coffee maker, kettle, microwave, washing machine, drying rack, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, complete kitchen utensils, beach umbrella.
🎯The following additional services are available upon request and subject to availability (book before arrival): Airport transfers, car rental, boat excursions. Pizza Making Class: a guided experience with a professional pizza chef, from preparation to the final tasting overlooking the sea.

We are also about 9 km from Cefalù, the pearl of Sicily, with its timeless charm, historic streets, and crystal-clear sea. If you love to be mobile and explore, you're in the right place: the highway entrance is just 4 km away, making it quick and easy to reach all the island's other wonders.

We've enjoyed a wonderful few months at MariaLuisa and Pietro's place in Sicily, along with our two dogs who loved the area just as much as we did. MariaLuisa and Pietro were gracious hosts, ensuring our extended stay was comfortable and welcoming. The accommodation provided us with the essentials and had the added bonus of allowing us to charge our electric car, which was incredibly convenient.
Nestled in a perfect spot for experiencing the serene beauty and local charm of Sicily, the location couldn't be better.
We’re grateful for the experience and hope to return. Definitely recommend!

That there wasn't enough towels and linens. There are no clothes dryer so we could not wash the towels because they take a long time to dry.

A great place very well equipped and all clean and working. Nice beach with very few on it and beautiful sea. Easy drive into Cefalu or close to train to Palermo. Host excellent.
