Apartament położony w letniskowej miejscowości, w bezpośredniej bliskości morza (wyjście na plaże indywidualna furtką , 200 mm od apartamentu). Basen dopełnia całości miłego wypoczynku.
Na wyposażeniu wszystko co potrzebne do miłego i wygodnego spędzania czasu.
Dogodna baza do zwiedzania Sycylii Zachodniej.

Struttura impeccabile dove la cura dei dettagli la fa da padrone. Le villette, nonostante siano tutte attaccate, sono studiate in modo da preservare la privacy e il comfort di chi le vive, a prescindere che si prenoti l’appartamento a piani terra con il giardino o quello a primo piano con il terrazzo. Noi avevamo quest’ultimo e abbiamo apprezzato ogni cosa e servizio offerto. La piscina comune è circondata da un prato inglese curatissimo ed è veramente il fiore all’occhiello di tutto il complesso. Infine la spiaggia tranquilla, isolata e con l’accesso privato. Mare top, spiaggia un po’ meno ma adatta allo scopo, ovvero pace e relax. Proprietario presente ma non invadente, pronto ad offrirti sempre una mano qualora ce ne fosse bisogno.

Znakomita lokalizacja. Cisza i spokój, bliskość morza, blisko do sklepów i centrów handlowych. W niedalekiej odległości samochodem interesujące bary i restauracje.
