About this apartment rental

Beautiful modern apartment on the ground floor of a private villa with independent access. The apartment has a room with 2 single beds that converts into a double bed and a spacious living room with sofa bed for 2 people. The house has its own terrace with direct access to the pool and private garden. It is 2 minutes walk from the clubhouse of Guadalmina, 8 minutes from the beach and just 3 minutes from the Guadalmina shopping center with a supermarket, pharmacy and a variety of very good restaurants.

Lovely place in an ideal location

Lovely place in an ideal location

My husband and I were lucky enough to stay here for a week in Sept. The property is lovely and Nicky the owner was really helpful with nothing too much trouble. We had full use of the garden and pool during our stay. The property is on a nice quiet road with easy access to local shops and restaurants. San Pedro was a 15 to 20 min walk and cost about 7Euros in a taxi. We also walked to Puerto Banus in about an hour 15 min and visited Estopona and Ronda. Overall a brilliant week we would highly recommend a stay with Nicky and her family.

Great place to stay close to shops and restaurants easy access to main routes but secluded from any traffic noise would highly recommend. Nicola the owner met us with a starter pack which was a nice touch she gave us complete run of the garden and pool area although we were in part of a beautiful villa we had our own entrance . We were here inJanuary but the weather was great could sit out no problem

Nous avons passé 6 journées super agréables dans cette maison. Nous avons bien profité du jardin et de la piscine. Nous avons également bien profité de l'emplacement qui nous a permis de découvrir la région magnifique. De plus Nicky et Carlos sont des gens charmants qui nous ont accueilli de très belles manières. Ce fut un séjour réussi. Merci encore à Nicky et Carlos.
