Beautiful modern apartment on the ground floor of a private villa with independent access. The apartment has a room with 2 single beds that converts into a double bed and a spacious living room with sofa bed for 2 people. The house has its own terrace with direct access to the pool and private garden. It is 2 minutes walk from the clubhouse of Guadalmina, 8 minutes from the beach and just 3 minutes from the Guadalmina shopping center with a supermarket, pharmacy and a variety of very good restaurants.
