Lovely holiday, face to face contact with the office required in some circumstances.

Location was very good about 5 minute walk to the centre of San Pedro. Transport close by to various destinations. Plenty of bar and restaurants within walking distance. Handy supermarket within walking distance.

Please note we do not normally give bad reviews this is our honest experience. Customer services none existent no face to face contact. Office not manned very slow on replying to messages. Location entry was difficult to find with instructions as it had the wrong block address said 3 not 12 so had to use the pictures to establish the correct location with help by locals. Constantly having to chase up messages as no reply. No gas bottles for hot water, agreed it was there fault they should have checked therefore had 2 days without hot water. We had to remove the old bottles and connect the new bottles once they arrived. Reported 2 issues which were not addressed therefore one bathroom couldn't be used safely bath was filling up water when showering. Only one toilet roll for 2 bathrooms, had to buy our own and leave fresh for the new customers. The balcony photo was not the correct one for our apartment lots smaller. Deposit wasn't a hold deposit it was taken out on day of booking and we had to chase up the refund after being advised it would be within a week, it was actually paid 2 weeks later after having to contact customer service again. Also bare in mind the deposit exchange meant we lost out by £21.00 once currency was processed. Slightly noisy at night as bars and restaurant underneath, but not too much of an issue maybe although it could be for children.
