115-square-meter duplex apartment located in Guadalcantara, one of the best areas of San Pedro de Alcántara, Marbella, between Guadalmina and the town center and 80 meters from the boulevard, with excellent access to the A7, just a 5-minute drive from Puerto Banús and 15 minutes from downtown Marbella. Also, just a few minutes away, you can visit the towns of Benahavís
The space
This two-bedroom apartment has three beds and is ideal for four people, with the option to accommodate two more on the sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is spread over two floors. You enter the apartment on the fourth floor, where you’ll find an entryway, a half-bath, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and a living room with a terrace. From the living room, you go down to the lower level, where you’ll find the two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a large terrace with a view of the sea.
The living room features a sofa bed, a Smart TV, a dining table, and a furnished terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with: a microwave, washing machine, kettle, kitchenware, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room, complete with a clothesline, clothespins, an ironing board, and an iron.
