We will make sure you arrive at your destination comfortably and on time, without having to worry about transportation logistics.
Our team will be happy to assist you with managing reservations at the restaurants of your choice. Based on your preferences and local recommendations, we can make sure you have a table reserved at the most popular and exclusive places in the area. Whether you want to try the local cuisine or experiment with a variety of international flavors, we will ensure that your dining experience is the best.
SPACE:
The apartment is distributed in a spacious living-dining room, with two exterior balconies, kitchen connected to the living room, fully equipped, and separate bathroom. It includes air conditioning and heating.
The master bedroom includes a double bed, en suite bathroom and 47' TV. The second bedroom includes two beds and dressing room with plenty of storage space.
The accommodation is located on the fourth floor exterior, with elevator, and close to many stores and monuments of cultural interest.
SERVICES:
Our check in hours are flexible (subject to availability) from 9 am to 10 pm, although you have the possibility of early/late check in with an additional supplement:10 pm - 12 am supplement of 20€.12 am - 5 am supplement of 30€ and will be increased by 10€/hour.5 am - 9 am supplement of 40€.
Our check out time is 11 am. We offer late check out (subject to availability) with a supplement of 10€/hour maximum until 15 pm. In case you need to check out later than 3 pm you will have to book an additional night.
We have concierge service, in case you need transfers before and during your stay, management of reservations in restaurants, clubs, cultural and recreational events.

Had a wonderful time in Madrid, the apartment was in an excellent position within walking distance of the local attractions, restaurants and bars. The metro was very close by 2 mins walk away. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and spacious. Would definanitly recommend to anyone.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Well located for a very walkable and vibrant visit. The check in was smooth and the host was gracious with our check out after I mistakenly booked the end of our stay a day before intended.
