Quiet, downstairs area of Sharyns home with separate entrance. Many small personal touches and helpful notes made for a very welcome stay. Well appointed facilities and wide choices for continental breakfast. Lots of varied books, DVDs if you want to pass the time that way. Watching TV via the computer was different, but clear instructions made this easy. Loved the gardens. Sharyn and Owen easy to talk to and made sure that we were comfortable and not wanting for anything.
Having to park on the road wasn't ideal - especially as road works had just restricted the immediate parking. However, can understand this with their own vehicles and their pets. Everything else was fine.

Sharyn was lovely and helpful. Room had maps and information about Dunedin. We were very comfortable.

Quiet residential location, not to far from a drive to a couple of pubs and a takeaway. Sharyn was very friendly and helpful, especially as only half hour notice of us turning up. Simple but excellent breakfast of cereal and toast.
Lounge and sofa a little uncomfortable, but thankfully not much time spent there, but more importantly the bed was comfy.
