    It was easy to find and situated close to the beach there were 2 main issues. Issue one the bed was on wheels and moved at the slightest pressure and issue to no microwave for heating food!

    As a student of U. of Otago (22 years ago) and a-now tourist, I totally recommend this hotel for refreshing your mind and soul at St. Clair beach. I came with my friend from Thailand with a rental car, so this hotel is most convenient. The room was acceptable (a bit small for a double and a single beds) But we totally understood with loads of tea, coffee, sugar bags provided hahaha. It shoud have had a common room and a kitchen. This will be totally preferable :-)

    I have stayed here several times now and enjoyed each time. Very comfortable beds and great meals at the Hotel on site. Fantastic service as well. Thanks and I'll be back

    Not only was the whole wall facing the carpark mostly single glazed glass - the rest of the wall was a single sheet of thin material and there was actually a hole about an inch across that the cold wind blew through all night. The staff member we told about it was apologetic, but nothing was done about it
