The unit we got given was not the 1 pictured in the only photo on the Booking.com website. It was much older & tired looking. It was also a 3 bedroom, not the 2 bedroom unit we booked. There was no bin at all in the kitchen, no tea towels or cloth to wash the dishes. Also there was a plastic box attached high on the wall that when we googled the name on it, it said something about testing if drugs had been used/made in the house. This was quite disturbing that this even needed to be in the unit that was being rented out to families on holidays. We were coming back for a return stay 1 week after our initial stay & queried the incorrect unit that we were given the 1st time. We were told that it was unavailable & so they had given us a 3 bedroom unit instead. When asked if we would be getting the correct 2 bedroom unit that was pictured in the photo on our return visit, we were told no. We did a self check in on arrival both times, using the code to a key box on the unit door. It was quite concerning that the same code was given both times. I wonder if that same code is given to EVERY person that ever stays in that unit. We didn’t see anybody in reception or around the premises over the total of 4 days that we stayed there.
