LaBahia 128 is a one bedroom, two bath poolfront condo with bay views. Located directly on the bay but directly across the street from the beach, you’ll have a hard time choosing your beach. The West End Dog Beach is directly across the street; convenient if you decide to bring a furry friend. This lovely condo has a huge deck overlooking the pool with views of the bay. The living area has ample space with a large flatscreen TV to enjoy. The galley style kitchen has a pass through so you can serve delicious treats at the eat in bar. There is also a bistro table for two facing the TV should you wish to dine while being entertained. The bedroom has a queen bed, flatscreen TV and small balcony looking toward the Gulf of Mexico. There is a sleeper sofa in the living for additional guests. Two full baths complete the picture along with a washer and dryer for your convenience plus free wifi. If you want a beach that is less crowded, check out LaBahia 128 and discover why guests return year after year.

No negatives at all. I got the unit # wrong and they had someone there in 10 minutes to let me in before I realized it was my mistake. Unit was very clean. Was the perfect unit for a short 3 night trip.

I love this general location. I've stayed in La Bahia in the past in different units. I won't rent this particular unit again. You can't use the bedroom closet, it's blocked off by a table so nowhere to hang clothes. The description says there's a grill but there isn't a grill for the unit, only the old charcoal grills by the pool, not practical/useful at all. A bit deceiving. The pots, pans, toaster are the cheapest possible, lots of scratched up teflon! Units I rented here before had storage available downstairs near parking for your beach gear, this unit doesn't allow you to use that storage so you have to haul your beach gear up and down the stairs. Next, there's no hose to rinse off your stuff after a day on the beach. There is a spigot but no hose. There's also chipped, cracked or loose tiles in the bathrooms. On the deck the black chairs are rusted and tearing; didn't feel safe to sit in those. One of the high top chairs is missing the foot bar making it uncomfortable. With most units, you park under the building but for this unit, parking is out in the open under palm trees, made a mess of the car. Next, if there are children in the unit over your head, you'll hear every thump. And sitting on the balcony isn't very nice if there are children in the pool, too close, too loud. The place is worn/dated and missing some basic amenities. It's over all "okay" if that is the only unit you could rent but I won't be back. The owner needs to step up their game.
