The gourmet kitchen starts with a large island incorporating solid surface countertops, soft-close cabinets, drawers and chic lighting. The living area has a delightful gas fireplace perfect to cozy up to on a chilly night. There is also a smart TV surrounded by designer furnishings with a remarkable chandelier centering the space. Nine-foot tinted impact sliding doors give you great sound views while keeping out the sun and heat. The primary bedroom has cathedral ceilings and beautiful sound views adding romance to the setting.
Enjoy the amenities the complex offers including a (heated) pool, hot tub, tennis courts and the lovely sound front beach. The gulf is a quick walk across the two lane road and as luck would have it the dog park is less than a block away! There is nothing you will enjoy more than staying at San De Luna unit #1. We stayed here as a family of 4 and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The home is so cozy and I loved the bohemian vibe. Location is excellent - we actually enjoyed the sound side right outside our back door more so than the Gulf side but Gulf side is just a quick jump across the street. Having the dog park right there was also an very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!
