About this apartment rental
Completely renovated 1 bedroom across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. This unit features everything a small family, couple or small group needs. Features include new shower, new appliances and everything you possibly need in a kitchen. I grew up on this Beach and am excited to share this condo with you. This building is located .5 miles from the Boardwalk and all the restaurants, bars and entertainment.The building is mixed with year round people and short term renters. Super friendly place and one of few dog friendly condos. Only well trained pets that are not disruptive being left alone welcomed. Sabine Yacht and Racquet Club is directly across the street from Gulf .This building provides outdoor pool with new lounge chairs, workout room, sauna, laundry facility and tennis courts. The unit is conveniently on the first floor with a great view of Little Sabine Bay. There are adirondack chairs and 2 charcoal grills directly below for your use as well. This unit has a patio with a rattan sofa and high top table to enjoy dinner and drinks.All this unit needs is you! Enjoy!

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at this cute condo. Everything we needed, very comfortable bed. Definitely recommend!!

Host was very responsive. We had a little trouble figuring out how to retrieve key. Condo was decorated nicely, bed and furniture were comfortable. Cleanliness was not great. I wiped up a water spill and the paper towels were black. Contractors had to move furniture to install new internet and there was a lot of dirt and debris under & behind bed and TV. Shower floor was moldy. Area rugs were dirty as well as 2 chairs. Could use more dish towels and bowls. Complex was ok but the pool was cold, gym area very small. Location was good to walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. It would have been difficult to find parking for restaurants and shopping. Condo and complex were pet friendly and plenty of space for pets to walk. It was so nice that the host left dog treats. Condo was well equipped with cooking spices and misc essentials. There were beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and drink cooler. Also had Pickleball gear (nobody played while we were there). Most populated place to play was at Portside Pickle where you sign up and pay to play.

Adorable coastal condo and so convenient to popular spots! The kitchen was well stocked with the items needed to prepare my meals! It was a great stay!
