This house is COMFORTABLE, Homey and all the little things that it offers makes it where you’re ok with staying in and or relaxing on the dock with a book ! I enjoyed my short stay immensely !

Very nice, quiet location, sunset view were fantastic. Water access was a major plus. Only minor thing was that the outdoor grill was missing parts, I had to put a roaster pan under it to catch drippings. Overall it was as advertised. Would book again!!!!

Very nice property with great access to beach. The beach chairs and bikes are a big bonus. Fished everyday in the erly morning and hit the beach in the afternoon. Loved it!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay—the kids loved the water and the house was comfortable and well-equipped. Check-in was easy, and a broken grill was quickly repaired the next day. Unfortunately, the dock access described in the listing was misleading, as the owner’s boats occupied the entire dock, forcing us to bring our boat from Day Break daily and miss evening cruises. We also received an unexpected ordinance violation when paddleboards and a kayak were left on what turned out to be public beach access during lunch. No water sports equipment was left on the beach overnight! We did make a trip to the store for cleaning supplies and garbage bags, simple little housing keeping things!
