Welcome to your Gulf Breeze getaway!This spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests-perfect for families, groups, or remote workers seeking a relaxing stay near Pensacola Beach. Nestled on a private wooded corner lot, the home offers a peaceful backyard retreat, complete with an outdoor kitchen and back patio-ideal for entertaining, grilling, or just relaxing under the trees. The space: Book for a short or long stay! Located in the heart of Gulf Breeze, just minutes from Pensacola Beach, downtown Pensacola, and nearby shopping, restaurants, parks and zoo. Whether you're here for a family beach vacation, a group getaway, or a peaceful work-from-home retreat, this home has everything you need to relax and unwind. Highlights: Fully equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens. Private wooded backyard and seating area. Wi-Fi and smart TV's. Washer & Dryer. Plenty of parking in the front and side of the home or in the garage. Work-ready amenities: 2 dedicated desks and 1 computer for guest use - perfect for working remotely or studying on the go! Sleeping arrangements: Master bedroom - 1 king bed. Bedroom 2 - 1 queen bed. Bedroom 3 - 1 full bed and twin trundle. Bedroom 4 - 2 sets of twin bunk beds. *All bedrooms have a smart TV. Noise restriction between 9 PM - 7 AM. Only park in the designated areas. Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs. Pets are allowed inside the premises. NO SMOKING allowed in the home. A $250 fine will be imposed for smoking in the home. To minimize odors all trash must be in trash bags and removed from the house and put in the garbage can. No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner. No parties, events, and smoking allowed. The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement. The following info can be helpful to know what's around! 25 minutes to Downtown Pensacola. 30 minutes to the Pensacola International Airport. 15 minutes to Pensacola Beach, 24 minutes to Navarre Beach. 10 minutes to Tiger Point Club. Minutes away from shopping, local restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed our family vacation at this rental. Owner was easy to communicate with, location was easy to find, the house was very accommodating for our needs. It’s located in a nice, quiet family friendly neighborhood and had all the essentials we needed for our stay. House was clean with comfortable beds and plenty of space!

Pros and cons to the unit gulf breezeThe beautiful trees views around. Very safe family friendly neighborhood, con to the big trees would be all the mosquitos. You walk out for a minute and get bit. Recommend mosquito treatments around home.The unit was clean, however just know it has carpet all upstairs which made it musky because humid locations shouldn’t have carpet to trap moisture. You could see that the air vents had moisture issues, with mold in vents master bathroom being the most I saw.Really liked that the unit was fully stocked with beach towels and tons of extra shower towels. You will be fully stocked! The kitchen had good amount of pots and pans, coffee mugs, cups etc no issues with kitchen stock, however they do have serious refrigerator issues you will see that the slot built for the fridge is too tight and the fridge doesn’t get good air circulation, causing it to not cool properly in my option. You can see that the owners know the issue because above the fridge they seemed to have tried to cut holes to help the air flow. The refrigerator never got below 48degrees which is a huge issue. No one came out to address or fix it for our 3 nights stay, we were just told how we could fix it or make it better on our own, the owner does have a large freezer available in the garage close off the kitchen. And a mini refrigerator In The garage. But not enough space, so we ended up using our coolers the whole trip.In the garage they had beach: toys, wagon, 6-7 chairs

This property was perfect for my family, spacious and comfortable to spread out for family fun. Rental property close to beach, stores, restaurants and the boardwalk. Backyard is very pleasant for family hangouts. The property also had wagon, beach chairs and toys. I had a couple of questions though out my stay and Nutan our hostess’s responded quickly.
