– One bedroom offers a fun combination of a bunk bed and a twin bed.
Each room is equipped with a 50–55 inch smart TV, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests.

If you need anything, we`re just a phone call away. We are more than happy to answer questions or offer help if you need it. Our house manager & maintenance team live near and don’t mind coming by to help out with any issues. Just message or call and we’ll either send someone by or handle any concerns personally.

-Pool Heating is Optional with a daily fee of $45 to offset the cost of Electricity. Let us know if you would like to add this feature 72 hours prior to check-in. If you decide to add this option, you will be charged an additional fee for your entire stay - (No Exceptions).
-Please read the following information as well as the house rules to avoid automatic Host Cancelation:
-Max occupancy 9 guests (including kids).
-The guest responsible for the booking must be 25 years of age or older. The host will request ID verification upon booking.
-There are 2 security cameras and one Ring doorbell. One camera faces the driveway and one faces the pool.
- Kids must be supervised at all times by an adult while swimming at the Pool
-No smoking/vaping of any kind/No unregistered guests allowed
-Quiet hours from 10:00 pm-7:00 am.
- No parties, events, and unauthorized guests allowed.
- Let us know about your pet prior to booking. We accept a maximum of 2 pets per booking. (The 2nd Pet fee will be billed separately at $200. Pets must be kept off Beds/Furniture
- You are welcome to use the Gas BBQ. You can use the propane tank to purchase a refill at a near gas station or we can refill the tank for you at an additional $75 fee.
- Trash pick up Day - If you are staying on a Thursday or Friday, we ask that you please pull the trash bin to the curb.
- Pool Cleaning Day - The pool is serviced every week on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please be aware Jayna will use the gate to enter. You won`t need to be present to open the gate for her.
Manipulation of the security cameras, Pool and WIFI Equipment will result in an immediate host cancellation with no refund.
We are excited to share our beach house with you! We personally use this home throughout the year and we love our neighbors! Please be cognizant of the noise level. We appreciate you taking great care of our house as if it was your own.

This home is exactly as listed. Perfect in every way! Neighborhood seems very safe and quiet. We were staying in the area for an out of town doctors visit. Cynthia was a wonderful host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at her pool home. Will definitely stay again when in the area. Thank you for the use of your lovely home.

The house was nicely located in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and equipped. Garage parking was very nice with an assortment of beach chairs. The hosts were very nice and responsive. We would stay again.

House met the needs of our group. Liked having the pool, house was clean and beds were comfortable.Issues with our stay is that there was not enough basic supplies to last us our 5 night stay of 7 people. We had to buy our own toilet paper (provided 2 per bathroom), paper towels (provided 1), and trash bags (provided 1). In addition, grill propane tank was empty upon our arrival. We went and bought a refill replacement so that we could cook dinner for one night. Sent this information to the owner to ask for reimbursement since this is something that should be provided AND that we provided a full tank for the owner. Owner message agreed that they would reimburse us, but ghosted me after asking what means they would like me to send a copy of the receipt. With all that said, we spent an additional 75 for supplies that’s should have been provided. Our same group have stayed at properties multiple times before and this is the first time we were strapped on supplies.
