Very nice place. Very clean. Very nice neighborhood. No riff raff. No drama. Very quiet block.
Grocery store is six minites drive away. Beach is two minute walk. Beach not crowded, quiet. Neighbors were also rentals and were very polite.
Certainly would do this one again.

The place was great, with beach access right across the street. We had plenty of beach space to ourselves.
