The condo was clean and in a great location. This unit does need some maintenance. There were several doors that needed repair. We absolutely love the pool and fishing area from the dockThe only downfall to this condo complex is the locals who live here. They are not very friendly. We have stayed at this complex several times in the past, and we have had an issue with local residence every single trip. It is very apparent that the locals do not like the visitors.We have had issues with using the dock, we have had issues with parking, and we have also had issues at the pool. My best advice is to ignore the locals. They seem to want to scare everyone away from this condo complex. We were very respectful, and no matter what we always seem to have an issue.Other than the locals being rude, this was the perfect place to stay.

Both families were extremely excited when we saw the property. Great location. Great communication as needed. Access to the beach was very close. I hope this review doesn't cause me to miss out on the property next time. It was great place to enjoy a vacation!

Had a wonderful time. The condo was nice, clean, well-stocked, easy access to inter coastal & Gulf. Check in was simple & the communication was good. I’d definitely recommend this place.
