Super big 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the heart of Lisbon close to all the tourist areas, very clean except for a musty smell.
The air conditioning struggled with the heat and the property management company promised to send in a maintenance team to see if things could be repaired or if the units needed maintenance and if it all failed, they would deliver some fans. These were empty promises as the maintenance team or fans never arrived. Also, the only toiletries that were provided were soap bars and 2 nearly empty diluted hair and body washes. Again additional toiletries were promised but never delivered. The apartment had a musty smell that stayed around for the duration of our stay.

The location for us was perfect and the flat itself was gorgeous.
We found GuestReafy Team terrible. It took them five days to replace the coffee machine that was missing from the flat when we arrived. When we complained about the service on Sunday miraculously our WIFI was turned off so we had no WiFi either for five days!!
