Great location, lots of things very walkable without too many hills!

The air conditioning wasn’t the greatest and the air fresheners were a bit overpowering but other than that, lovely stay

Good location

Wish there was cleaning after the second night . Tried to contact a property manager using the phone numbers provided but no answer . We wanted to find out about cleaning and more towels . We find out out later on our own that extra towels were provided in a chest outside the rooms .

- Loved the skylight in the studio! - Excellent location - Spacious, bright and clean room and bathroom, useful kitchenette (I did not use it during my 3 nights stay) - Air con (a must for hot summer months) - Elevator goes until 3F, studio was on the 4F. There were handful of steps only, so wasn’t an issue even with luggage

- Patchy internet connection - v frustrating - Found it very expensive - Coffee machine outside the studio - 3 codes to note down!

The location was well-suited to our needs - being close to the main centre but also in a more peaceful street. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and was nice to have windows for fresh air and sunlight. Also felt very secure with the multiple doors and codes for access.

The apartment was quite difficult to get to with a lift and stairs to the 4th floor. The space in the room was cramped and awkward, especially with luggage so we couldn't relax comfortably. The bathroom especially was impractical (had to open the shower door across the running water to get inside). There was a dusty feel to everything in the room, perhaps from the stone walls. Pictures seemed a little misleading as it looked good on the surface but things were just thrown together and impractical. Ironing board was dirty and didn't fold out properly so couldn't use it.
