A cozy hideout

La réception était idéale malgré mon retard à l’arrivée. L’emplacement de la maison est également parfait, proche de tous les endroits importants. J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour et je reviendrai sans hésitation une prochaine fois.

Les escaliers pour accéder à l’appartement sont assez dangereux, il faut donc être particulièrement vigilant, surtout avec les enfants. Par ailleurs, le bruit pendant la nuit peut être gênant ; il serait peut-être utile de prévoir une meilleure isolation phonique afin d’améliorer le confort des futurs visiteurs.

Najważniejsze stacje metra i pociągów w promieniu 5 minut. Wszystkie pokoje świeżo po remoncie, obecny tradycyjny portugalski styl. W upalne dni jeden z pokojów jest naturalnie chłodniejszy (położony od strony głuchej uliczki na którą nie sięga słońce). W drugim pokoju z kolei jest trochę głośnie (okna prowadzą na jedną z centralnych uliczek). Klatka schodowa jest monitorowana. Dużym plusem też uważam supermarket, który znajduje się w 50 metrach.

Aprendo le finestre, essendo su una strada principale, un po' rumoroso... ma a noi non ha dato fastidio, anzi abbiamo beneficiato della brezza atlantica

The location was outstanding. This apartment is close to all major attractions of Lisbon's city centre. The metro is 100m away. The tram to Belem as well. There is a supermarket (Continente) just a short walk away. 10/10 location!

As others have said, there's a huge set of stairs to climb. It didn't bother me much but travellers with reduce mobility would struggle big time. Also the apartment was pretty noisy and cold. I understand this is a central location and all but perhaps double glazed windows could be used to try to keep noises outside. There was an extra blanket in the apartment and an electric heater that was not working (or at least I didn't manage to switch on). But we had to sleep with jumpers. In the wooden wardrobe of the main bedroom I found mould on the door. The bed was comfortable although the pillows were not. The sofa bed in the living room is not comfortable when is fully opened and would not be suitable for more than 1 child. The shower was great and hot, although no soap or shampoo was provided. There's a washing machine beside the toilet which makes a bit uncomfortable to use the toilet when doing a numero 2! For me it's all about the small things and details that could make this place an ideal accomodation and perhaps the owners should consider this to attract better reviews. There's so much potential there.
