Your Property:
In practical terms this a 2-bedroom apartment but advertised as a 1-bedroom. The mezzanine area can function as an extra living space or a second bedroom with a queen sized bed. The apartment is bright, spacious and quiet. On the rooftop patio you can enjoy sunset or a morning coffee. Lots of added comfort for historic Lisbon including air-con, coffee machine and coffee, washer/dryer, heated towel rack, microwave, and work desk. The windows are equipped with high grade double glazed windows; it is really very quiet.
Guest Access:
The building is located on a nice, quiet pedestrian street. It is a short walk (40 meters or so) from the closest taxi drop off point. The apartment is the 3rd floor with out elevator. Guest will have access to the apartment through the building door. The entrance door to the building and the apartment door is opened using a keypad, so no keys to lose ;-) Guests will be provided with their unique entry code shortly before their check-in day.

To ensure a comfortable and smooth stay, please note the following important details:
• The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building
• There is no elevator. Guests must be comfortable climbing 3 flights of stairs.
• As the building is on a pedestrian street, the nearest taxi/ride-share drop-off point is a short 40-meter walk away.
