About this apartment rental
Fantastic modern apartment in the center of Lisbon. Two bedrooms, modern and well furnished. Building with elevator and one parking place. Accomodates a maximum of 4. Cable TV and wifi.
Modern apartment in the center of Lisbon. To one side you have Rossio, Praça da Figueira and all those typical central streets that make Lisbon a fantastic city. You have everything you could ask for at walking dustance. There is even a supermarket in the apartment complex. The area is full of places to eat, drink and shop.
Infront of the building complex you can see Lisbon Castle on the top of the hill and you are in Martim Moniz square, full of live and animation. The famous 28 tram starts from this square. You also have a metro stop if needed at this square.
The apartment has lots of light due to the full height windows that allows you to get into small balconies and get fresh air or see the nice views. Builts recently everything is modern and new. Coming into the apartment you have the kitchen fully equipped where the strong yellow SMEG refrigerator can't be missed. You have washing machine, dish washer, oven, stove and all the cooking utensils to allow you to prepare a meal or a snack while in Lisbon. There is one bedroom with two single beds and another with a double bed. Both have big windows with nice views and both have wardrobe closets.
The living room is spacious a features a comfortable sofa. Facing the sofa there's a flat screen TV with cable channels. Wifi is available through all the apartment. Also in the living room you have a big window.
The bathroom features a bath with shower, toilet and bidet. There are electric heaters in all the divisions for your comfort in the winter.
There is one parking place available situated in the building accessible by the building elevator.

This apartment is incredibly well situated! The first stop for the historic 28 tram is on the other side of the lively square below. The castle is within view at the top of the hill. Subway, bus, trams and even the train to Sintra are all within 2-3 blocks! Photos represent the apartment well. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. We did not meet Louis but Laura who came to orient us was incredibly helpful! We would be happy to return to this apartment and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone including families with younger kids.

El apartamento está muy bien acondicionado y con todo detalle. Es muy luminoso y aunque hay mucho ambiente en la plaza, tiene un buen aislamiento acústico. Hemos pasado 4 días estupendos. Y la ubicación ideal junto a la estación y al lado del mítico tranvía 28
Echamos en falta una.bayeta en la cocina. Había varios estropajos, pero ninguna bayeta.
