A szállás a belvárosban található, nagyon közel a part, a várnegyed, a sétálóutca, bolt több is van a téren. A szállásadó biztosított kávékapszulákat. Közel a metró megálló.

A környéken sok a hajléktalan, a szállásadó információi alapján (fotók a környezetéről) nehezen találtuk meg az apartmant, nem volt klíma és a nappaliban a mennyezeti ventilátor sem működött.

Самый центр Лиссабона. Новый дом, чистый подъезд и лифт. Чистая и комфортная квартира. Оборудованная кухня, комфортные спальни. Везде можно ходить пешком. Отличное качество уборки. Хорошие кровати, полотенца. Гель для душа, запас туалетной бумаги. Есть парковка под домом, спуск сразу на лифте. Было всё для комфортного отдыха.

Может быть шум с улицы, если на лестнице будут собираться люди. Если закрыть окна, то будет тише. Учитывайте, что если вы приедете на общественном транспорте или такси, чемоданы придётся поднимать по лестнице до входной группы. Поэтому комфортнее приезжать на своем автомобиле. Чтобы поднять их сразу из паркинга на лифте.

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing, mainly because of several serious problems. The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi. We were given a network and password that simply did not work. We contacted the hosts several times and kept receiving the same response: “Please check.” We had to repeatedly explain the same problem before they finally checked the information themselves and sent us the correct network and password. As a result, we were without Wi-Fi for almost 24 hours. The lack of communication and having to repeatedly ask for the same thing was extremely frustrating. Another major issue is that there is no air conditioning. This apartment is not suitable for staying during hot weather. The fan in the living room did not work properly — it would start and then stop — and there was an additional fan provided. There were also fans in the bedrooms, but they were not enough to make the apartment comfortable in the heat. We also found someone else’s hair on a pillow in one of the bedrooms, which was very unpleasant and raises concerns about the cleanliness. The check-in instructions were also unnecessarily complicated. Some parts were difficult to understand, and without internet it was particularly challenging. Later we discovered that there were photos explaining how to find the key, and these made everything much clearer. The garage access was poorly organised as well. The lift could not be used to reach level -2 because a key was required, but none of the keys provided worked. We therefore had to carry our luggage down the stairs from the fourth floor to the garage. The lift could take us up, but not down, which was very inconvenient. As for the location, it is average. You can walk to the main sights quite easily, but the immediate neighbourhood did not feel particularly comfortable or reassuring to us, especially later in the evening. We personally would not feel comfortable returning there late at night.
