Little Harbor is located on a partially private guest reserved beach in Ruskin, a short drive from Tampa, Sarasota & St. Pete. The resort overlooks Tampa Bay & features a heated outdoor pool, basketball & pickleball courts, fitness area, a playground & a marina. Dining within the Resort include a bay-view restaurant, a poolside bar/grill.
NEW FLOORING AUG 2024 The master has a serene view to enjoy your morning cup of coffee from the private, covered balcony. The second bedroom offers a custom built king and twin bunk bed with room to fit the whole family! Also featuring a fully covered balcony with views of the marina and water ways. Dolphins are frequently seen sitting on the porch!
Little Harbor offers two restaurants - Sunset Grill overlooking the beach and Hooks with a patio and bar next to the pool and riverside.
A beach side tiki bar offers cocktails and live entertainment.
Jet skis, Kayaks and fishing boats are available for rental.
A 250-foot fishing pier is on the premises. Fishing charters are available for a fee.
The resort community features a secluded, one-half mile, white-sand beach with private beach for residents and guests.
*There may be times that the algae levels in Tampa Bay will be high and swimming may be not recommended. It is out of our control to know at the time of booking but we would be happy to check the Hillsborough County site prior to your stay per request.

We had a wonderful time at this rental. Smooth check-in and check-out. The rental was stocked with lots of supplies to use while there. Beautiful views and location!

Love to stay at Little Harbor and visit family in the Tampa area. Also Happy Gospel church in Bradenton is part of our church -Family Worship center in Baton Rouge. Awesome Pastor down there. Little Harbor has plenty of room to roam and while the pier got damaged from the hurricanes it is being repaired and also they are installing lights for nighttime use of the tennis cats.

The location is very nice. The layout of the condo is nice; however, I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. There were crumbs and peanuts left on the carpet, as well as an opened safety pin (OUCH). The beach area is covered in seaweed right now and during our stay we witnessed police officers and sheriff's surround an apartment at the inn looking for a wanted criminal (a bit scary).
