Villa Roberta with pool and park, surrounded by countryside, just 20 minutes from the beach of Fano

Villa Roberta is located near Serrungarina, in the province of Pesaro Urbino, in the northern part of the Marche region.
From here you can easily reach the beaches of Fano, just 20 minutes drive from the villa. Other well-known seaside resorts in the area are Pesaro and Senigallia, where you can find restaurants and chalets and walk along the promenade in the long summer evenings.
In the surrounding area you can visit towns and historic villages such as Mondavio, Gradara, Corinaldo, Fossombrone, Acqualagna and Urbino, Renaissance city and UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The Frasassi caves, underground caves with stalactites and stalagmites, are about an hour's drive from the villa.
For lovers of nature and sea not to be missed the Conero Park, with the famous towns Sirolo and Numana, and the Natural Park of Monte San Bartolo, to enjoy beautiful beaches and go walking and mountain biking.

Villa Roberta is located in an extremely panoramic and private position, surrounded by a large garden and by the Marche countryside with olive tree groves, vineyards and fruit trees.
The pool is surrounded by greenery and has a breathtaking view of the valley. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, canopied sun loungers and a gazebo with garden furniture.
The two porches at the sides of the house are equipped with sofas, tables and chairs, ideal for relaxing and dining outdoors.
The villa is accessed via an automatic gate. Parking inside the property.
Villa Roberta is a cozy villa on two floors and can accommodate up to 11 people.
The villa, originally the owner's residence, is furnished with attention to detail and high quality finishes.
The ground floor consists of:
- a living area with sofas, TV and direct exit to the two porches equipped with tables and chairs;
- a kitchen equipped with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle;
- a room with a dining table;
- a utility room with washing machine and sink;
- a bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor there is the sleeping area, consisting of:
– a double bedroom with a panoramic terrace and an en-suite bathroom with shower;
– a bedroom with a double bed (148×198 cm) and a single bed;
– a double bedroom;
– a bedroom with two single beds;
– a double bed in the hall;
– a bathroom with a bathtub.
Bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and insect screens on windows.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
final cleaning € 200,00; air conditioning on request € 150,00 per week; heating consumption; extra cleaning; extra linen change. Pets are not allowed.

Security deposit (to be paid upon arrival): € 400,00

Extra services on request (fee-paying service): chef for dinners at the villa (possibility of meat and fish menus).

Check-Out: from 8.00 a.m to 9.30 a.m.
