About this villa rental
Large family villa in a highly-sought after residential area of Fano. On-site parking for several cars, 7 minutes walk to the historical centre and 10 minutes cycle to the beach. It offers a spacious, easy living area for large or multiple families with ample outdoor space and barbeque facilities and outdoor kitchen.
Optomised layout to accommodate large families with 4 double bedrooms, one single and a sofa bed in the lounge. Three spacious bathrooms with shower and bidet, the master bathroom has a large jacuzzi bath in addition to a separate walk-in shower. The bright and airy master bedroom (bedroom 1) has a walk-in dressing room and curved front balcony. Bedroom 4 has a side balcony with access to the roof terrace.
The outside area is designed for entertaining with a large roof terrace and catering facilities including an external kitchen and barbeque.
The generous kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and a separate utility room for laundry.
Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of the garage and a small study.
Fano and the surrounding areas offer plenty of opportunities to explore such as Gradara Castle, a medieval fortress. In the Summer, the town is alive at the beachfront all night long and there is the pick of local wineries for exceptional tastings.
The airports are Ancona, Bologna and Rimini.

This is a beautiful home in Fano in a residential area. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the center and about a 5 minute car ride to the beach. The house is huge! The kitchen is large and has everything you could possibly need. The bathrooms are updated and spacious. The bedrooms are big and the three that we used all had comfortable queen beds. There is a washing machine and a drying rack, as well as a clothes line outside. There are food stores and a great pizzeria about a 5 minute walk from the house. A huge basket of fruit and a bottle of Prosecco was waiting for us when we arrived. Francesco was always available by phone, and Pino was very helpful and responded to our calls immediately. We enjoyed a wonderful and memorable al fresco lunch outside on the large patio!!!
