About this apartment rental
This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom top floor apartment is air conditioned throughout, has a laundry complete with washing machine, and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen.
The Master Bedroom has a King and ensuite, the 2nd Bedroom has a single bed and a one set of single bunk beds.
Fantastic uninterrupted ocean views from your large open tiled balcony area with private BBQ and outdoor sun lounge.
We’ll make sure you’re holiday runs smoothly, by picking you up and dropping you off at the Airport or Ferry terminal. And so you can explore the island with ease, we’ll provide you with the full use of a complimentary buggy during your stay.
There’s plenty to keep you entertained on Hamilton Island. You have access to all resort facilities including water sports* and the Kids Clownfish Club*. As well as enjoying the resort pools, all guests and residents of these apartments have the use of your own private swimming pool, with spa and BBQ.

Visit the centre of Hamilton Island if you’d like to visit the many retail outlets or check out the dozens of activities available through tour operators, not to mention child-minding and baby-sitting services available. Whatever takes your fancy in the food stakes; there are more than ten restaurants to choose from, various take-away outlets, a bakery and IGA Supermarket on the Island. You can also take advantage of ordering your groceries prior to your arrival with IGA Airlie Beach Online and have them delivered to the Island.
Most credit cards are accepted on the island. There’s an ATM outside the Westpac Bank on the harbour side of the island and EFTPOS facilities are available.

We had a lovely break on Hamilton Island. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, centrally located and with a great view of Catseye beach. Having the complimentary buggy was really helpful and the check in and check out process worked well. Would happily stay there again.

We loved staying at Poinciana 204. The apartment was beautifully furnished and contained all we needed for our stay. A perfect outdoor setting and bbq to enjoy the view and a fully equipped kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable as was the couch! The air conditioning throughout was amazing too. The only downfalls were 1. Two flights of stairs to the room (whilst carrying a child, pram etc it can be difficult). It didn’t really bother us too much however for the price ($500+ per night) you would expect one lift atleast within the complex. 2. The water pressure in the showers was very light. 3. The height of the balcony rails are a little low and they were also quite flimsy. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay there again.
