Lovely apartment in a great area with the best host

The host was excellent and once you ferret out the nearby metro station it's really quick to walk there. The local area is great with food shops and restaurants.

The kitchen was very small so a bit hard to cook meals in. The living room was pretty much completely taken up with the three beds. However, there was a dining table to eat at so that helped. There was no air conditioning, which was difficult in a heat wave, but the fan helped.

Owner is good man, waited for us very late in night as our flight got delayed. Provided some basic facilities.

Second fan in the other room, couple of bins, better beds, some toiletries would have increased rating of the property.

Good for couple, less comfortable for families

Good connection to the city center, very helpful and caring staff, bigger appartment (knowing Paris benchmark), big shower, calm street with many shops/restaurants nearby.

Bathroom for all as a part of bedroom (if you are more than a one couple) might be uncomfortable. There is not much of kirchen equipment, but it is sufficient if you are not planning to cook. Beds are very noisy with any move.

We loved staying here!

We loved staying here. Our host was wonderful - he let us check in early and even helped with our crazy luggage. He told us about all the great neighborhood places. The apartment had every amenity (no AC but we did not expect that) - from a washing machine to an espresso machine. It was also very clean even though the building is old. And the neighborhood was also great - an amazing bakery and fromagerie around the corner - excellent restaurants and a really good grocery store. Only about 2 blocks to the metro.

Everything was really great. We would have liked wash cloths and a few hooks in the bathroom, but these are minor things. It was a little far out from the center of Paris, so we had to plan for travel time.

Good value and convienient to metro for Paris.

Location is about 5 minutes from the metro Guy Moquet. Also a tram is very close by, perhaps 500m. Property is in an ok building, entry is secure but needs a little work. Apartment is clean, updated and nice. Meets a the basics. Perhaps could use some cups for tea, coffee, etc., beyond the cappuccino cups available. Grocery, bakery, convenience stores are within a block. Ticks most of the boxes needed at a reasonable price. Owner was available and easy to contact.

The ownwer is very nice and very friendly.

The room is very clean. We werw four adult and we still dah a lot of place. The neighbourhood was quiet.

Superb

Very clean, good shower, friendly and accommodating host. Fresh bread and pastries delivered every morning, plus other breakfast essentials. The neighbourhood was friendly with some good restaurants nearby.

Family of 5 Stay

Although we are. Family of 5 with 3 adult girls, the stay was really good - even if the unit is reasonably small. The unit was clean & well appointed The owner was awesome- super friendly & couldn't do enough for you. Dropped off or hand delivered breakfast every morning. Well done Highly recommended Thanks Mick & Family

Séjour très agréable à proximité du centre

Petit appartement sympa ayant presque tout ce qu'il faut. Quartier assez calme. Appartement idéal pour un couple ou une famille de 4 à 5 personnes. Notre hôte était très sympathique et disponible en cas de besoin. Appartement à environ 10 min. à pied de l'arrêt métro Porte-de-Clichy (M14) ou Guy Moquet (M13), Supérette et boulangerie dans la rue ou rue adjacente. Restaurant ou Fast-Food à proximité.

L'accès à la salle de bain se fait par la chambre parentale avec une porte coulissante. Quelques traces de moisissure au plafond de la salle de bain dû à une aération insuffisante. Notre hôte nous a indiqué que la remise en état allait se faire.

Мое мнение - это скрытый маленький алмаз среди квартир, район - очень спокойный, тихий, безопасный, множество кафе работает до поздней ночи, голодными не останетесь, так же очень удобная транспортная развязка, можно уехать без проблем в разные точки города, будь то вокзалы или посещение достопримечательностей. Сама квартира достаточно большая по размерам, светлая, приятная мебель, обустроена достаточно удобно. Декоративный камин украшает зал. Есть стиральная машина, кофемашина, много посуды. Отдельно хочется отметить прекрасного хозяина квартиры - Мустафу. Он всегда был на связи. Во время заезда была холодная ночь, а моя жена сильно заболела по дороге в Париж и ей было холодно ночью, но Мустафа помог с повышением отопления в квартире, дистанционно объяснил, как управлять термостатом, это спасло нашу поездку. Заезд в квартиру происходил очень удобно, подробное описание, ключи получили быстро и легко. За такие деньги в таком комфортном районе - это однозначно очень удачный вариант.

La casa está equipada con todo lo necesario, fuimos tres personas y se siente espaciosa y cómoda. Pero sin duda lo que más valoro es la atención de Mustapha en todo momento y su hospitalidad. Nos recomendó una aplicación para movernos con más facilidad por la ciudad, nos permitió la salida y entrada adaptada al vuelo, y algunos detalles más que hacen la diferencia de cualquier otro alojamiento Es una persona que está pendiente de ayudar a los demás, sin duda si volvemos repetiremos.
