Petit appartement sympa ayant presque tout ce qu'il faut. Quartier assez calme.
Appartement idéal pour un couple ou une famille de 4 à 5 personnes. Notre hôte était très sympathique et disponible en cas de besoin.
Appartement à environ 10 min. à pied de l'arrêt métro Porte-de-Clichy (M14) ou Guy Moquet (M13),
Supérette et boulangerie dans la rue ou rue adjacente. Restaurant ou Fast-Food à proximité.
L'accès à la salle de bain se fait par la chambre parentale avec une porte coulissante.
Quelques traces de moisissure au plafond de la salle de bain dû à une aération insuffisante. Notre hôte nous a indiqué que la remise en état allait se faire.

The host was excellent and once you ferret out the nearby metro station it's really quick to walk there. The local area is great with food shops and restaurants.
The kitchen was very small so a bit hard to cook meals in. The living room was pretty much completely taken up with the three beds. However, there was a dining table to eat at so that helped. There was no air conditioning, which was difficult in a heat wave, but the fan helped.

Мое мнение - это скрытый маленький алмаз среди квартир, район - очень спокойный, тихий, безопасный, множество кафе работает до поздней ночи, голодными не останетесь, так же очень удобная транспортная развязка, можно уехать без проблем в разные точки города, будь то вокзалы или посещение достопримечательностей. Сама квартира достаточно большая по размерам, светлая, приятная мебель, обустроена достаточно удобно. Декоративный камин украшает зал. Есть стиральная машина, кофемашина, много посуды. Отдельно хочется отметить прекрасного хозяина квартиры - Мустафу. Он всегда был на связи. Во время заезда была холодная ночь, а моя жена сильно заболела по дороге в Париж и ей было холодно ночью, но Мустафа помог с повышением отопления в квартире, дистанционно объяснил, как управлять термостатом, это спасло нашу поездку. Заезд в квартиру происходил очень удобно, подробное описание, ключи получили быстро и легко. За такие деньги в таком комфортном районе - это однозначно очень удачный вариант.

La casa está equipada con todo lo necesario, fuimos tres personas y se siente espaciosa y cómoda. Pero sin duda lo que más valoro es la atención de Mustapha en todo momento y su hospitalidad. Nos recomendó una aplicación para movernos con más facilidad por la ciudad, nos permitió la salida y entrada adaptada al vuelo, y algunos detalles más que hacen la diferencia de cualquier otro alojamiento Es una persona que está pendiente de ayudar a los demás, sin duda si volvemos repetiremos.
