The Hong Gia Tue Apartment was a great apartment. It was very spacious and had a wonderful layout. The balcony was a decent size and the sliding doors provide plenty of sunshine. The apartment was clean, very comfortable from the bed to the couch and even the dining chairs were comfortable for sitting. The staff were so friendly and welcoming.
There was nothing we didn't like. The only suggestion I could make is to provide a few additional utensils in case residents wanted to cook at the apartment.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, which made everything easy and comfortable. The apartment itself was spacious and well-designed, giving me plenty of room to relax. The location was also a big plus—very convenient and close to everything I needed. On top of that, the place was clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more pleasant.

Ideal location. Easy walking to all attractions in and near the Old Quarter, and both lakes. Room on 8th floor was quiet , clean and comfortable. ALL staff were always cheerful adding to a great 6 nights in Hanoi.
Hot water to 8th floor took its time to get there, but you have to remember where you are! I guess it’s all part of the charm.

Le was exceptional as a manager. She went above and beyond. My partner had a broken foot and Le even offered to send out for food so that I could enjoy Hanoi for the week we stayed. I am definitely going back to only that Apartment. 1 to 10 scale…an easy 15+.
Everything was perfect, daily towels, water and toilet tissue. Full kitchen, everything was great. Plenty of eating spots surround the area.
