    We booked the two-bedroom suite and had a fantastic experience. The entire room was exceptionally clean, bright, and spacious with great natural light. Everything was well-maintained, and the beds were incredibly cozy, making our stay extremely comfortable. It is the perfect choice for families or groups, and we would definitely stay here again!

    Penthouse was bad, so baddd. Aircon screen displayed message to clean filter meant that it had not be cleaned for a long time! Room was stuffy when entered, lights were very dark and last kill factor was a room containing a group of flying insects. Seemed like we entered a place vacated for too long. On a fair note, their suite room is way cleaner and brighter. The hotel initially rejected us on cash compensation with no cash on weekends as reason. Suddenly cash became available after we remained firm on our request. We only reasonably requested for a refund of the incremental price difference that we have paid for penthouse as compared to the suite we shifted to. We did not even asked for a full refund. This reflected the hotel's inefficiency as time was wasted to prove the existence of an issue self created by the hotel.
