One mile from Wellfleet drive In movie theater. This house has one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a family room with a pull out sofa bed. Extra twin bed in loft area. Flat screen TVs with cable in the family room and living room. Free Wifi. Video game consoles. Private enclosed outside shower. Comfortable living room, and dining room. There is a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Front load washer and dryer in the basement. Portable air-conditioning units in the bedrooms. A Weber gas grill is located in the private back yard. The Landing Corner store is a short walk on Campground Road. *No Smoking* *No pets* This is a Saturday to Saturday rental.

The home was comfortable for our group but cleanliness rating was low because of cobwebs, dusty fixtures, stained rugs, dirty baseboards and corners, and soiled bedding/comforters left by previous tenants. We washed and folded all the bedding (including the blankets and comforters) and towels following our stay, as directed, but it may be unrealistic for some tenants
