Unwind in the serenity provided within this spacious three bedroom rental. This newer construction home is outfitted with new mattresses and furniture! Chose to use your private entrance off your back yard complete with outdoor shower, deck, gas grill, and sitting area or the common area front door entrance (yellow arrow in photo). The main floor offers a lovely open area floor plan encompassing the kitchen, dining, and family room with 42" TV. There is a full bathroom with tub and a bedroom with a queen bed on this floor. Access to the basement where the washer and dryer are located is via this floor. The second floor holds two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with a queen and a twin), a full bathroom with a tub, and a loft space with TV and a twin trundle bed. This rental is located near the bay beaches offering world class sunsets and the popular Cape Cod Rail Trail. Find peace during a short stroll to restaurants, coffee shops, Ben & Jerry's ice cream, and convenience stores or take a quick drive to the Cape Cod National Seashore encompassing the ocean beaches! There is parking for 3 cars. There are window AC's in each bedroom. If you need just a little additional space, be sure to check out the sister listing (2236) providing another bedroom, bathroom, family room, and kitchen! BOOK NOW!! Off season 3 night minimums available with added cleaning fee. The location is the best part of this property it is near the bay and ocean side beaches. The home is spacious and well equipped & nicely decorated. We enjoyed the firepit and use of the grill in back. There are other units attached to the same building with renters coming and going with shared walls which makes the unit somewhat unprivate. The house did not have a table umbrella which made sitting outside in the sun impossible. Some of the items which could use attention are pest control there were too many spiders and moths all over the house upstairs. There are two very ugly large stains on the livingroom carpet which was a turn off. The cooling of the house on the first floor was largely ineffective. The owners have 1 wall unit in the first floor bedroom which does not cool off the main floor. We found it challenging to be comfortable with the 1 window AC inside the first floor bedroom being the only source of cooling. The 9am check out was also quite early and a burden for us. We did not appreciate having to go to Orleans to pick up a few pieces of paper in an envelope from the real estate office with information on the unit for trash and recycling and check out instructions that could have just been emailed to us. We didn’t actually pick up any keys and so there was no need to drive there to pick up paper which could have been easily emailed. The real estate office was super rude and robotic in nature and not very customer service oriented. Some other items which would be nice in the house include tools for the firepit or at least something to manage the fire, more grilling tools and picnicware. Bringing all linens including bath towels was a huge pain.
