The apartment is a comfortable place in a quiet neighbourhood and within easy walking distance of the center of Ñis. The owner proved to be helpful and friendly when I needed onward travel advice.

The perfect spot

This is the BEST place you can find in Nis. The price is amazing, the hosts are friendly and helpful, the location is perfect, wifi worked wonderfully, and there's everything you need in this self-sufficient unit; even a cooking plate and pots and pans.

Helpful staff and nice apartnment.

The owners of the apartment were extremely friendly and made sure all of our needs were taken care of- especially with getting the Serbian tourist registration. The location was great and easily accessible to the center. Overall, the room was clean and much more spacious than a hotel room.

Good and comfortable place to stay in Niš

Good and comfortable place to stay. It is located on a quiet side-street. Not far from te city centre. Car can be safely parked in the yard. The place was well furnished and convenient. Everything necessary is available - air conditioner, hot water, kitchen equipment. We were amazed about the number of electric socets on the walls. We counted about 40 for the whole area !!! WI-FI was very good. THe staff was very friendly.

We did not found wine bottle opener in the kitchen. The bathroom was very limited in space.

Central apartment with lovely host.

We received a very warm welcome from the owner and his brother and mother made us some coffee which was very much appreciated after our long bus journey. There were even fresh roses from the garden in the apartment. Everything was exactly as advertised and worked well. The location was excellent as it is very near to the centre. Communication with the owner was very good - very prompt and courteous with good English spoken. We really enjoyed the apartment and would like to say thank you for a very pleasant and memorable stay.
