Very good apartament!

Good location, close to center city, clean and safe apartament, well equipped for sleep, quick meals, hygienne, supermarket at the corner of the block, free parking down the block, friendly and prompt host who offered us good advice. Very good value for money.

One thing to improve- there is air conditioning in one room and although the air circulates in the whole apartament in one room It is cold and in the other the temperature remains still warm. I don’t know if this can be sorted out somehow (in one night stay, we did not figure It out). Also, maybe the windows can be opened and then you can do this to cool down the temperature in the room (again, in one night stay, we did not have time to check this) (It world be useful for next guests to advise). (If it’s high temperatures this can be an issue for sleep) Wifi - with ups and downs.

Nice, clean, tidy, safe apartment to stay there again and again.

The apartment was perfectly clean and tidy. Safe, secure, quiet and with the nice views to both sides of the building it was in. About 10 minutes walk from the city centre and a few groceries shops within 1 minute walk. Host was kind and ready to assist in any way. I would definetelly stay there again, if available.

Nice apartment to stay for a bit in Niš

The apartment was fairly big, had anything we needed, including kitchen and there was privacy. The host: Vladimir was very helpful. The apartment is located near the city centre, which is very nice.

The apartment is a flat and the entrance to the building is not clean at all, but it's fault of the city rather than our host.

everything as in the pictures, it was clean, and warmed when we got there

had to pack our stuff one of the days for some control they had, so wasted time to pack everything take our stuff to the car and after few hours we could get everything back at the apartment and unpack again. that wasn’t professional I would say, the owner asked us politely but left us no choice but to do so. he got us some chocolate as a thank you but I couldn’t agree with packing and unpacking. I mean we paid for staying there a week, we had enough going on and we were already extremely busy that week, I had no time for that but no choice. unfortunately we won’t be back there, we felt more welcomed in other properties and never faced such a situation. no still water when we got there, shower gel and shampoo in big bottles (so the same to use for every ppl that goes there) no extra toilet papers or extra towels , which is a must for a stay of 7 nights… in a way the good thing with getting out and in to the property was that we got our towels changed and some more toilet paper. the owner was nice , can’t lie just unprofessional in my opinion as it was nice to let me know about this issue before we got there not the moment we already got there and couldn’t cancel the booking anymore.

I could not find the building because internet data in my mobile phone were not running in Serbia, and thus the map did not help me. And the owner came and lead me to the building after a call. Market just beside.

The apartment and its equipment are new but the building and its elevators are old and ugly.

Udoban smeštaj sa lepim pogledom :-)

Udoban, čist stan, opremljen za višednevni boravak. Dogovor sa domaćinom protekao bez problema, sve što nam je trebalo objasnio nam je vrlo detaljno. Četiri lifta postoje u ulazu, tako da nikad ne čekate mnogo da neki od njih dođe. Terasa i pogled na grad su prelepi :-)

Samo obaveštenje za buduće goste: Stan je neka vrsta dupleksa, pa se u njemu nalaze stepenice jer spavaća soba nije na istom nivou kao ostale prostorije. Ako imate problema sa penjanjem uz stepenice, da imate to u vidu.
