Great hotel in center of everything. Rooms are big; clean; modern; and you are close to downtown south beach. You need to cross the road , Collins Avenue, and then walk a couple of blocks at 21 street for the beach spot they have (only chairs are paid for. If you want an umbrella you need to pay extra $28). Also, also, make sure to check if you have paid the resort fee in the time of booking and provide proof you have, because they might charge you again. And, if you have to stay long and have a lot of clothes, I wish they had more storage space for them.

We stayed for 4 days and almost everything was great! The only down side was the lack of a microwave on premises and thin walls.

Except location nothing positive in property. Basic amenities, staff behaviour were not upto mark. Not value for money. Will write detailed review once i reach my destination next week
