The hotel only service the rooms every 3 days.
Sunbeds in the pool area chargeable to residents at $200 each
Resident bar closes at 9.45.
When I asked why the bar closed early the staff said because we want to go out for a beer too

The staff is not professional at all, i asked if they have complementary cake for bday abd they said they will bring before check out, i called the next day for check out and supervisor told me they dint have any complementary cakes for bdays, and asked dme who said that they will provide , saying if they said may be they will bring me a chocolate. And i asked but can you check if you have that in their system, she said no. Is this the level of service SV should provide? Amenities are very old and the bed and covers are very cheap and the room is not cozy. When i entered the room in the evening there was a specialist checking my TV, i was scared, as i didn’t ask anyone to come, but he showed me a request in his phone. When you call receiption they dont even pay attention to what you tell them and what you ask,

My issue is with the pool bar closing early and than the pool itself closing so early but it’s a beautiful hotel staff is mixed some nice some not so much location is great as well

This trip was different
The hotel is not providing house keeping everyday!!
The furniture is dirty and stained
The shower gel was empty since 3rd day and I had to ask for refill
No complimentary drinking water provided
The administration should consider this carefully
