I LOVE this hotel, the decoration, the FREE amazing breakfast, everything look new, everything work
It is very close from a busy street Calle 20 or close Avenida providencia or close to Plaza Poblado.
The only thing is that the hotel
Is a little hide and it is hard to find and the that specific street at night is a little dark and not people around.
It make it a very quiet place to sleep which is good
Because As a Solo travel I didn't want to walk alone around those street I took uber or taxi so I don't walk alone
Other than that this HOTEL is fantastic.

We only stayed for 1 night to be close to some point of interest. The hotel is clean and very well kept. The room was nice and had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was very good. I read some reviews about the bed being too hard. I liked the bed because it was firm and obviously orthopedic. We had a good night's sleep. Front desk personnel were all great.

Overall a nice stay. Breakfast is good, was quick. Perhaps a bit small, menu was the same 3 days in a row.
AC worked well in room. They charge 120,000 COP to have a visitor, so if you have a friend that wants to relax in your room with you for even a short time, beware, they will charge, and make a big fuss about checking their ID etc, even if you booked the room for two guests, and really are a solo traveler… They will probably argue it’s for security, but it just feels like extortion. Noise from the hallway makes its way into your room. It is unavoidable. You will hear other doors slam. Their doors are noisy and a bit fussy (card reader). Apart from that, the stay was good.
Some good things to know:
Check out is 11:00am. TV allowed connecting your own computer via HDMI easily. WiFi was solid.
