    Although the location, amenities, and outside building appearance is nice, the treatment from their staff when issues happens was less than par for anyone. On Aug. 1, 2024, while eating breakfast on their rooftop, my girlfriend notice something sharp in her mouth. She found glass or hard sharp plastic in her food. When reporting it to the staff they rushed her plate away from her. We told the bar manager that this was very alarming so he called the manager on staff. She told them to offer us a free meal. We were shocked because after that trauma, neither of us wanted to eat at that hotel again, in which we already paid for the daily breakfast. I spoke with the manager personally that Thursday and she said the general manager would get back to me. I received a WhatsApp message saying the hotel need to research this issue. In the meantime we have to pay for food outside of the hotel because of this shocking experience. The next day Aug 2nd, after showering, we notice water running on the floor. The shower was turned off for 10 mins before this issue and the water ran from the bathroom, into our bedroom (very small room that we were told they could not move us). The water began to soak our clothes before we could get someone to come address this issue. The maintenance and cleaning staff came and stopped the leak. The next day after showering the same issue happened and e water ran out of the bathroom again. The issue was not fixed. I reported both incidents to the lady Manager and she stated, we will get back to you about compensation and offered a free dinner. We were still horrified from the breakfast issue, why would food compensate these issues? I asked that I receive a discount because of these issues and was told No via WhatsApp. It’s August 9th and the hotel has done nothing. This is disrespectful and unacceptable because I paid full price for my room. This was a festival weekend so other hotels were full and we could not move. What a horrible experience where our needs were not met and issues ignored.
