we paid full amount online, but when we go to hotel for check in they charge us for something else again. i try to show them those thins was include my contract and i paid they did lisen to me. be careful, do not trust to them. i call to customers service service for website and they didn't help me just they told me sorry!!!!

Came here in 2017 it was a great place had plenty of valet parking attendance this time there were no attendance the outside of the building and the facilities are very run down and not in good shape there were no hand towels in our room for telephone did not work the place is really run down and I was very disappointed on the website it promises you a restaurant which there is not one I will not come back
