Nice rooms, good view, lot of amenities. Breakfast was complimentary but you need to order after reaching the Lolo restaurant. Staffs efficiency could be improved. It took 45 min to check in for 2 rooms.

PROS easy access to the beach and walking distance to restaurants nearby
CONS There only one elevator working. We have to wait for a while to get to us since we’re on 11th floor, it seems no one working on it.
There only one pools working and there jacuzzi is out of order. Again no one working on it.
Parking valet and resort fee was expensive. There no choice for us to self park.
In the hotel room there no microwave just a mini fridge which kinda odd usually there a fridge and microwave so forget heating your leftovers.
The room is outdated and the sliding door to the balcony sucks if you don’t lift your legs higher enough you’ll will trip over this bar on the floor especially for young kids.
