    Comfy bed, great breakfast. Marvellous old (?Tudor) bedroom. In centre of lovely town but little noise from traffic.

    Dirty.smelly.carpets ripped stained. Mould.refused to stay was put up in another hotel by owner.

    Nice hotel, staff very accomodating, lovley building. If you are staying here and travelling outside of the village, I recomend booking a taxi in advance as they are difficult to get.

    I enjoyed the historical building and the staff were friendly but sadly the room was tiny and the biggest issue was noise. You could hear a lot from the bar (music, shouting etc) so I couldn’t sleep until kick out after 23:15 each night. The breakfast was the highlight for sure. Parking was also an issue and my room wasn’t cleaned.
