    I ordered a Metro King Room, when arrived Gotham only had a queen. They noted that I booked a queen room and took up the discrepancy with Expedia. Unfortunately they were not able to get me into a King the first night, but were able to move me to a King room for the remaining part of my stay. I can't say enough how helpful and understanding the staff were. On Agoda's part, I'm apprehensive to use them again to book my next stay. I have not heard back from them and they did nothing to assist with resolving the issue. They left it entirely up to the hotel. Great Location! Staff was helpful and Amazing. The Reading Room is a swanky bar behind the check-in of the Hotel. Very Small and Boutique Hotel - I recommend asking for a non city view the room will be super quiet.

    We had a great stay at the Gotham hotel. Very friendly check in staff. Small boutique hotel that never felt crowded although it was sold out. Room was nice, clean, and had a terrace. No view from the room though. Also lacking in outlets for charging electronics. If there can be any improvements it would be to have newer tech and chargers and to add some lights in the room it’s dark.

    I reserved a room thru the Agoda website. Paid in full and in advance. The hotel charged me with an additional fee when I checked in.
