I have stayed at this location for 3 years and this new Indian woman working at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional ! She was barking like a dog at me on the phone when I had to repeat 5 times my information. I asked her if she wanted my reservation number she kept asking me for other Information ! Then finally after wasting my time she asked for my reservation number. When I asked for my the manager , she refused to give the manager information and she says he is not there !! I asked her for a cup for ice , while everyone is watching she says no i dont have cups !

The staff were very friendly considering our arrival was very late. The condition of the room was clean. Primarily my issue was with cosmetic things, the toilet paper holder kind of off the wall, water didn’t get real hot, tv didn’t work or wasn’t programmed to the remote. Overall the stay wasn’t bad but could have been better for dollar amount.
