    I had such a wonderful stay, and I really want to thank all the hotel staff for making our experience so enjoyable. Everyone was so friendly, professional, accommodating, and always pleasant to talk to. You could really feel that they genuinely wanted their guests to have a good experience. A special thank you to Kim, Tanya, Marvin, Sheila, Arlene, Gino, June, Mikaela, and Joaquin. Thank you for taking such good care of us and always being so helpful and welcoming. And to all the other staff whose names I can’t remember, thank you as well! We truly appreciate all of you. It’s the people who can really make a hotel stay special, and this team definitely did that for us. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. I really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again!

    The toilet was much better in the photos than reality, its dirty. You can visibly see the dirt on it even though they cleaned the room. My fiance's iphone charger was lost and according to the staff was not there when they checked the room for check out but it was just there connected to the socket the last time he used it and my friend saw it connected to the socket on our last night but according to the cleaning staff there is nothing there
